**Job Description:**
As a Notary Signing Agent, you will play a critical role in the signing and notarization of important documents related to real estate transactions, loan documents, and other legal paperwork. Your primary responsibilities will include:
– Meeting clients at designated locations to conduct signings.
– Accurately and efficiently executing notary duties, including verifying identities and ensuring all documents are signed correctly.
– Explaining the documents to clients as needed, ensuring they understand what they are signing.
– Completing all necessary paperwork and returning completed documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
– Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
**Qualifications:**
– Valid Notary Public commission in your State.
– Certification as a Notary Signing Agent (preferred).
– Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations.
